Air-Conditioning with compressors by Bock

Air-conditioning technology with compressors made by Bock - in buildings, railways, buses or on ships – Bock compressors ensure a consistent, pleasant room temperature any time, any place.

Many building air-conditioning systems today use Bock HG series semi-hermetic compressors. These semi-hermetic, suction-gas-cooled compressors are available for all conventional refrigerants. Bock also offers special version of this compressor for the natural refrigerant CO2 as well as for hydrocarbons.

In addition, Bock offers the F-series open-type compressor, which works with both conventional refrigerants as well as with the natural refrigerant ammonia (NH3).

Bock offers two interesting solutions for bus and railway air-conditioning. The FK series vehicle compressor and the HG series semi-hermetic compressor in a lightweight aluminium design. FK compressors are intended for a drive using belts and electromagnetic couplings from the vehicle engine. Leading manufacturers now consider FK compressors the standard for bus air-conditioning systems.

Bock offers a lightweight aluminium version of the semi-hermetic HG compressor specifically for use in railway air-conditioning and for air-conditioning systems in electrically-operated buses. These compressors weigh approx. 40% less than comparable standard compressors and are available with 7 displacement levels.
